VENDOR AGREEMENT 2023

2023 Spring Fling & Wine

Sunday, April 23rd 11-6pm

Vendor agrees to the following: 

-   Spaces will be assigned upon receipt of this signed agreement.

-  Set-up time will be from 8:00am – 10:00am.  Vendors will remain set-up until the end of the festival.

-   Vehicles must be removed from the festival area before 10:00am.

-   Electricity will not be available, however you may bring your own power pack or quiet generators, no gasoline or loud generators.

-   Vendors are to remain for the duration of the event.

-   The vendor agrees to exhibit only quality and range of products approved by the sponsor.

-   The sponsor reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.

-   Sponsor/host assumes no responsibility for theft of, or damage to merchandise, equipment, or personal property, or personal injury from any cause.  It is hereby agreed that the exhibitor releases the sponsor from liability and agrees to indemnify sponsor against any claim for loss, damages or injury.

-   Cost is $50 to attend, no refunds after April 9th.

-   Vendor is responisble for obtaining and paying for all permits, if needed.

-   Vendor agrees to promote via social media and other markeing the event and their participation.
